2023 marked 50 years of exceptional service for J.F. Fischer Inc., a company built on the vision of an industry icon, Mr. John Fischer. After entering the apprenticeship program straight out of high school, Mr. Fischer pursued the American Dream by founding his own firm in 1973. Alongside the Fischer family, including twins Dave and Dan Fischer, the company has employed thousands of local journeymen, providing life-changing careers and fostering a uniquely compelling company culture. We are proud to honor their half-century of technical reliability and their profound commitment to the hardworking people who power Maryland's mechanical trades.
